3. Make Your Bedroom a Sleep Haven Your bedroom should be cool, dark, and quiet. Invest in a comfy mattress and pillows—you’ll thank us later. Blackout curtains and white noise machines can work wonders too.
4. Watch What You Eat and Drink Avoid big meals, caffeine, and alcohol before bed. Sure, that nightcap might make you drowsy, but it’ll mess with your sleep quality—not worth it!
5. Get Moving Exercise is great for sleep—just don’t work out right before bed, or you might feel too wired to crash.
