“On 20th October 2024, 18 brave Fit Clubbers braved the rain to conquer the Yorkshire Relay Marathon. For some, it was their first time running such a distance, but that didn’t dampen our determination—or our spirits! Despite the wet conditions, all three teams smashed the challenge, crossing the finish line with grit and smiles. The energy, teamwork, and encouragement were incredible, proving once again that Fit Club is more than just a gym—it’s a family. It was a day to remember, and we can’t wait to do it all over again next year! Who’s in for 2025?
In April 2024, a group of 20 intrepid Fit Clubbers took on the iconic Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge, and what an adventure it was! Spanning over 24 miles with a 12-hour time limit, this isn’t just a walk—it’s a serious test of stamina and determination. We prepared throughout February and March with multiple training hikes so that the team were well and truly prepared for what was to come. Led by Coach Chris, our team tackled Pen-y-ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough together, proving once again how strong our Fit Club community is.
The best part? Every single member smashed the route! We wrapped up the day with well-earned dinner and drinks at a cozy local pub, celebrating not just the miles but the memories (and a few blisters) made along the way. Bring on the next challenge!
In May 2024, we swapped the Yorkshire drizzle for Spanish sunshine and headed to the coast for an unforgettable five-day retreat. Picture this: a stunning villa with private grounds and a pool, morning workouts accompanied by birdsong, and afternoons packed with adventure. From cycling scenic routes to kayaking on crystal-clear waters and hiking gorgeous trails, every day was a mix of fitness and fun in the sun.
With plenty of laughs, incredible food, and even better company, it’s no surprise this retreat was a massive hit. It was so good, in fact, we’re running two back-to-back retreats in 2025! ¡Vamos!
